Why can't I see or play the game?

Why do I have to re-enter my name and emails every time I send a game?
The name and emails used the on the "Send This Game" form
are stored in a Cookie on your computer accessible only by our website
for your convenience when returning to send another ecard.
Information About Cookies
Generally Cookies are enabled by default but if the name and emails are
not being saved after sending an ecard follow the instructions below for
the browser version you are using to enable Cookies.
You can find the browser version generally by opening the browser window,
select "Help" from the menu and click "About Browser Name".

Why am I getting a "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" error?
This is most often simply related to a momentary timeout by either your computer's web browser or
our website servers and if you close out your web browser and revisit the page you should find it
working just fine. If the above tactic did not work, please contact us
and include the page title and URL so that we can quickly uncover the cause of the error.

Why are the games I send not being received?
Common Causes
• Domain or user name did not exist, look closely and double check the address - this is the most common cause.
• Mailbox was full, no space left for a new message.
• Recipient has selected to only accept email from specific addresses they choose and the sender's email address needs to be added enable for them to receive game emails.
• The most rare possibility is that the email provider (examples: @aol.com, @email.com ) may not be accepting email from our website, in which case you may want to contact them.

How long will it take for my game email to be sent?
All games you send from our website our delivered within 2 minutes of their scheduled date and time, we cannot control a possible delay by the receiving email provider, however a delay is rare and the ecard will likely arrive just minutes later.
